The total length is your three fourth sleeve length. Finally we have the Full sleeve style. This covers your enter arm and is ideal when you are exposed to sun constantly. For this, measure down to your elbow and to your wrist by holding the tape at the shoulder bone. The total length is your full sleeve length.
